
Chocolate Zucchini Bread
Makes 3 loaves, 30 slices
Combine dry ingredients in one bowl. Combine wet ingredients in another bowl. Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Add pecans and raisins. Grease bottom and sides of 3 loaf pans. Bake at 350°F for 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Flip out of pan. Serve when cool.
